After my best greeting to you I am delightfully appreciating the course that you have provided to us. I can’t display here what we benefited from taking part in the course and I want to say to you, the DLIST ASCLME TEAM - Thank you for your completion the course. I here below summarize the answers of the questions that you have asked us and they are:
What did you learn in the course?
Really it gives me great pleasure to answer this magnificent question, so if I state and give you some details about what I have leant from this course they are as here bellow:
First Question. How to identify the stakeholders based in their importance, influence, interests an impact on an activity.
1) Identifying who the stakeholders are is to find the best method to engage with them.
2) To illustrate the range of techniques that can be used to engage stakeholders
3) To assessment of the levels of understanding that I have with respect to the issues and stake and helped me to identify the types of information.
4) I learned to identify innovative options for solving problem.
5) How to use active, positive language.
6) Using an active voice instead of passive voice language.
7) Explaining the structure of the presentation
8) To address the group in appropriate and respectful way
a) Not to talk fast
b) Avoiding vague phrases
c) To ensure and point completely during the discussing
d) To summarize the presentation at key intervals.
e) To allow time for questions
f) Explain things patiently
g) To work with the Translators as a team
And so many others that I can’t complete this letter.

Second Question: I think the knowledge I got through this course will be increased all manners of my day activities in my fields of our Ministry.

Third Question: I want to share with the other stakeholder’s lot of experiences that we got together in this course that can’t display right now.

Fourth Question: Obviously I am submitting Dlist Asclme Group my great gratitude that they have managed this course very technical episodes. In my Comment of this course will be: - Please and Please we, as a Somali Participants especially me are working with a country that is overshadowed by conflicts and not stable and doesn’t have any proper institutes and colleges that allow to increase our knowledge as well we don’t have any facilities. So, we are suggesting to you to provide us especial courses or even scholarships so we can increase our knowledge related what you have provided right now.
